The Jackal Electric Bike is hand crafted in Northern California from start to finish. Jackal frames are made 3-6 at a time by Rotator Recumbent Bikes. Rotator has been crafting one of the most reputable and race successful recumbent bikes for over 20 years! That's why the Jackal frame is guaranteed to last a lifetime against failure due to workmanship.
4130 Cromoly tubing is cut, tacked in the jig, then torched to a glow and filled with brass. Motor mounts are flame cut with a magnetic pattern follower. Frames are inspected then sent to the paint shop for custom color powder coating.
