This might be one of the baddest electric bikes around. This dual sport, on road legal, high performance, full-size machine is built on the 8 time world championship Spanish Derbi structure. The AC power system gives amazingly smooth acceleration from zero speed all to way up to 60mph, with confident power and smooth handling. The controllability and response is manageable for even first time riders. We feel more comfortable putting 'newbies' on this AC bike than on a Jackal -- all the power without the jolt.

This bike has our 10 amp DC/DC converter for 12V supply from the B&B 48V 33Ahr high-rate AGM traction pack. Its main contactor is monitored and operated by the controller for safety. The in-dash 'Spyglass' has 5 segment LED State-of-Charge meter with push button toggle LCD display of controller Volts, Amps, MPH, RPM, and Temperature.

These bikes are built to order with a 6-8 week lead time. Presently this proven prototype is available from our shop for the listed price. 'Production' units are projected to be more expensive.
